Only regular priced items (Ready to ship items from my website) may be refunded, unfortunately custom items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
I do sent out photos during production and post production of your custom item so that you can see what it looks like.

After production has been begun on your order, a change request cannot be made.

If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 24 hours from the moment you had placed/paid for your order, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
